Agreement
You are unable to change it to other game once your order has been placed. But you are able to cancel your order and get a refund. Therefore, a 5% administration fees will be charged for canceling order.
So you have to make sure the game you buy, is the game you really want.
If it is our fault such as release date delayed, restock date delayed, out of stock & game not compatible with your console, you will get a full refund without any administration charge.

Delivery Policy
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. An additional shipping charge will be applied if we have to re-ship an item because of an address error.
All purchase items will be delivered within 7 - 14 working days from the date of posting. However, delivery time will be prolonged if there are unpredictable circumstances such as disrupted postal services and country. In stock items usually dispatch within 24 hours via Registered Airmail. For new release items, normally dispatch within 24 - 72 hours.
The "Registered Mail" shipment will be charged accordingly for the re-bounce shipment in case the recipient is not available to receive the first free "Registered Mail" shipment as provided.
Lost or delayed items: Please do take note that we need to file an inquiry at our local post to start the investigation. Therefore, the investigation might takes about 1 - 3 months. If the shipment confirm lost, a full refund will be refunded back to your account.
Return Policy
Below are the terms for refund items:
- Full refund and returning costs due to our fault - if the unopened item is returning within 7 days upon receiving.
- No refund or exchange for an opened items unless it is faulty.
Please email to us at enquiry@gamehubs.com before return any items as we will advise you how and when to return wrong or faulty items. Refund will only be made after we received the wrong or faulty items.
