Yesterday I bought and received a Xbox Live 12 Month Gold Membership code which is unfortunately not working (I tried it multiple times. I already thought that something was up because these codes normally have 25 characters (this one only has 20).

I hope you can help me with a proper working code, so I can enjoy my online titles a little bit more.
