I made my order, and payed, on March 22, 2010. That is, two months ago.
I waited for four weeks and then I contacted gamehubs to ask for my game. They apologized and said that they were going to investigate what had happended.
I waited for another week, and then asked again, because I had no news from gamehubs. Gamehubs answered exactly the same.
I waited another week, and repeated the whole process again (no news from gamehubs), and they again told me to wait, that they were investigating it.
I waited another week (again no news from gamehubs) but now I didn't receive an aswer from gamehubs. I insisted, no reply again. And insisted again. That is three e-mails without a response. An two months without a game I payed for.
Since gamehubs is not answering my e-mails I am forced to explain here all the process, because people must know what happens with gamehubs when there is a problem. I had bought before in gamehubs and I had no problems, but the first time there is a problem I found myself without my game, without explanations and without my money.

I want my money back, please.
